Depending on the country, we offer various forms of practical training, ranging from compulsory summer internships and week-long insights to longer, semester-based programs. In some locations, we also offer dual training opportunities for high school students, giving them a valuable combination of academic learning and hands-on experience. Furthermore, apprentices (Azubis) are an integral part of our teams at several sites, contributing actively while gaining professional skills.
